Job duties

Responsible for entire life-cycle management of a Solution or Service Line offering to capture market share and achieve P&L goals. Uses technical and industry experience to conceptualize new solutions/service offerings and to formulate Solution/Service Line market penetration strategies. Considers numerous factors such as intended demographic, competitor offerings, internal capabilities, alignment with current business model in the creation of new solutions. Creates disruption in the competitive landscape through the introduction of innovative, new solutions. Works across functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, and Delivery to implement, market, and evolve the solution. Analyzes markets to determine opportunities. Ensures offerings are defined to maximize profitability. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to competition. Works with development leaders in teams to ensure client needs and requirements are represented. Develops and maintains the Solution/Service Line roadmap. Acts as the subject matter expert of Platform Services and utilizes their technical and industry experience to formulate service line roadmap strategies, establishes market awareness, and integrates key stakeholders within the service during the key decision-making point of the sales cycle
