Job Description:

Our client, a leading semiconductor company based in Silicon Valley, is embarking on a new implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional Consultant to join the project and serve as a key advisor to the CFO and CAO organizations. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong functional expertise, solution leadership, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Finance functional workstream for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Collaborate with Finance leadership (CFO/CAO teams) to design and present scalable and compliant financial solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in core financial modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Intercompany
- Cash Management (CM)
Support additional financial modules as needed:
- Costing
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
Design and structure the global Chart of Accounts (COA).
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with Oracle Fusion EPM.
Lead or support data conversion efforts from SAP to Oracle Fusion ERP.
Assist in functional testing, training, and go-live support.
Document functional specifications, process flows, and configurations.
Track issues and enhancements using Jira or similar tools.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant.
Proven track record of multiple global implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials.
Expertise in GL, FA, Intercompany, and Cash Management.
Experience designing Chart of Accounts (COA) structures for global organizations.
Hands-on experience with integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and Fusion EPM.
Strong understanding of data conversion processes, particularly from SAP to Oracle Fusion.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Silicon Valley 4 days/week.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Costing, AR, and AP modules.
Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
