Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build custom software applications on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data integrity and security, and providing technical support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and customization, along with experience delivering complex business solutions.

Key Objectives:

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce applications tailored to client and operational needs.
  • Engage in the full software development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance and functionality.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve system functionality.
  • Ensure all work complies with Salesforce security and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop technical documentation, including user guides, design specs, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements based on new features.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 12 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, Lightning framework, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom and standard objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong experience with SQL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator.
  • Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
