Job Title: Scrum Master – Telecom Domain
Location: Dallas, TX (Local Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality, scalable telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile practices, excellent facilitation skills, and familiarity with telecom technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for 1–2 Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

  • Coach the team on Agile values and principles, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.

  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team productivity.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to manage and groom the product backlog effectively.

  • Ensure transparency and visibility into project progress through tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.

  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.

  • Guide the team in using Agile practices tailored to the telecom business needs.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous delivery.

  • Drive Agile maturity within the team and organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

  • Strong domain knowledge in Telecommunications (e.g., OSS/BSS, 5G, VoIP, provisioning, billing systems, or network operations).

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).

  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.

  • Experience in Agile transformation initiatives.

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is desirable.
