Workday Financial Systems Analyst
Location: San Diego County, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $140,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the organization s in-house Workday Financials expert
- Own the configuration and administration of key Workday modules (Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects, Banking)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, business process challenges, and security roles
- Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to design, test, and implement system improvements
- Drive Workday release management assess new features, lead testing, and coordinate smooth rollouts
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline financial processes with minimal customization
- Support testing efforts by developing and executing regression and acceptance test scenarios
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration or administration
- Strong understanding of Workday s financial suite and core financial processes
- Solid experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Familiarity with Workday security, roles, and domain assignments
- Analytical mindset with a talent for simplifying complex problems
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
