Location: San Diego County, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $140,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the organization s in-house Workday Financials expert
  • Own the configuration and administration of key Workday modules (Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects, Banking)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, business process challenges, and security roles
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to design, test, and implement system improvements
  • Drive Workday release management assess new features, lead testing, and coordinate smooth rollouts
  • Identify automation opportunities and streamline financial processes with minimal customization
  • Support testing efforts by developing and executing regression and acceptance test scenarios

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration or administration
  • Strong understanding of Workday s financial suite and core financial processes
  • Solid experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Familiarity with Workday security, roles, and domain assignments
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for simplifying complex problems
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)

  • A Master s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent)
  • Broader experience in financial planning, analysis, or budgeting
