SAP GTS Project Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) systems. This role requires a skilled project manager with a strong technical background in SAP GTS implementations, deep project governance knowledge, and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across business and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP GTS migration project, including scope, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop the project charter, governance structures, detailed project plans, and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate scoping, planning, and design workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery by coordinating resources and managing dependencies across functions.
• Conduct regular meetings with executive leadership to present status updates, manage risks/issues, and communicate strategic decisions.
• Adapt project strategy as needed to manage change, overcome challenges, and align with evolving business priorities.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance across project stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 8 10 years of experience managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Proven track record of 2 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including GTS.
• Strong familiarity with PMI or other advanced project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing all project phases: scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business processes is highly desirable.
