The initial work will be to assess current installation and provide details on financials and SCM flows to the IT group in charge of analyzing the situation and define how to proceed as a possibility to deploy SAP.

SME who understand the processes in Oracle Fusion and can interact with them to translate what the acquired company has in Oracle fusion processes and configuration to their team to probably analyze the deployment of SAP in the acquired entity.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SME with deep expertise in business processes and system configurations within Oracle Fusion applications. The SME will play a critical role in understanding, documenting, and translating the acquired company s existing Oracle Fusion processes into actionable insights for our integration team. This position will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, Oracle Fusion teams, and SAP deployment teams to ensure seamless analysis and planning for the future-state SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Fusion business processes and configurations.
- Analyze and document current-state Oracle Fusion processes within the acquired company, including Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, Procurement, and related modules.
- Translate Oracle Fusion configurations and business practices into detailed requirements and process flows for the SAP deployment team.
- Provide comparative analysis of Oracle Fusion vs. SAP functionality to guide decision-making.
- Support due diligence, gap analysis, and migration planning for transitioning from Oracle Fusion to SAP.
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and technical teams to align system processes with organizational goals.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders to explain Oracle Fusion processes and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and alignment with corporate IT standards during integration planning.
- Support integration testing, validation, and user acceptance processes where Oracle Fusion knowledge is required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications (Finance, SCM, Procurement, or HCM).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Oracle Fusion processes, configurations, and reporting.
- Proven experience in system integration or migration projects (Oracle Fusion to SAP highly preferred).
- Ability to map and compare Oracle Fusion processes against SAP target models.
- Strong documentation and business analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
- Prior experience supporting M&A or system consolidation/integration projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP deployment, configuration, or migration projects.
- Background in both Oracle Fusion and SAP ecosystems.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology companies undergoing system integrations.
- PMP, CBAP, or Oracle/SAP certifications.
