Job Title: iOS Mobile Software Engineer HYBRID ROLE (5 Days a Month)

Candidates must be local to the Dallas, TX area and willing to go onsite for connect weeks. (Right now, 1 week per month, in September 2024 we move to 2 weeks a month)

Notes on the opening:
Currently has a single native iOS app that is outdated, and they want to revamp it and rewrite from scratch. They will do this using Angular and Capacitor (sometimes referred to as Ionic Capacitor), we can also accept experience with Cordova in-lieu of Capacitor.

They want more devices to be able to access charitable, so now they need more robust features.
The current app is not being maintained to the level they are looking for, basically critical functions are being looked at, not a whole lot of new features being added.
Some of the features that are being built out, they want to reach parity with the desktop app, that is the 2024 goal, they want all current features to match what is on the desktop app.
Future state of the app will include social media integration. Potentially integrating with the giving marketplace, so to include service hours.
