Job Details

"> Provide functional support to end-users for BOM, Change, and Document Management processes.
> Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
> Support Engineering Change workflows (ECR, ECO, ECN) and BOM structuring activities.
> Guide users on best practices for document versioning, approvals, and lifecycle management.
> Participate in testing, validation, and UAT of configurations and workflows.
> Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
> Collaborate with admin and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
> Maintain support documentation, logs, and suggest process improvements
