Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Ankeny, IA. The ideal candidate will provide advanced end-user support for both hardware and software issues, manage endpoint deployments, and administer SCCM and Intune environments. This is an on-site role supporting a dynamic, enterprise-level environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2 desktop and end-user support for Windows and Apple devices (desktops, laptops, iPads, iPhones, MacBooks, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including break/fix and deployment tasks.
  • Perform machine deployments and reimaging using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support and manage operating system and application updates through SCCM.
  • Utilize SCCM to:
  1. Deploy operating system images, software updates, and applications.
  2. Manage SCCM site servers, distribution points, and management points.
  3. Monitor logs, resolve deployment/configuration issues, and maintain accurate inventory reporting.
  4. Support hybrid environments (co-managed with Intune) and assist in migrations as needed.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune (or comparable MDM solutions like Meraki) for endpoint and mobile device management.
  • Manage application deployment, compliance policies, and generate compliance reports via Intune.
  • Provide remote support to users utilizing Bomgar (or equivalent remote-in tools).
  • Respond to and track support requests in ServiceNow (or any comparable ticketing system).
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Tier 2 Desktop/IT Support experience (not help desk).
  • Strong experience in end-user support for hardware and software issues.
  • Expertise with SCCM, including OS imaging, software updates, site server management, and hybrid environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or comparable MDM solutions (e.g., Meraki).
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., Bomgar) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
  • Proficiency supporting both Windows and Apple devices.
  • Experience with Office 365 and mobile device support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
