Responsibilities: As the Fullstack Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of our ticketing platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs using PHP and Node.js.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of schools and municipalities.
- Implementing best practices for API development, including versioning, documentation, authentication, and data validation.
- Ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of APIs to handle high traffic during peak event periods.
- Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with expertise in PHP and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in backend development using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Experience with API development using Node.js and knowledge of RESTful API principles.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, and the ability to contribute to frontend development efforts when needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
