Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to create visually compelling and professional presentations aligned with Organization's branding and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, and an eye for effective visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations following Google slides templatesand Organization branding guidelines.
Collaborate with teams to translate complex information into visually engaging slides.
Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, fonts, and color schemes across all presentations.
Work with content owners to refine messaging, structure, and flow of presentations.
Incorporate graphics, charts, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
Convert available materials and details into structured, impactful slides.
Review and proofread slides for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand standards.
Manage version control and maintain a repository of standardized presentation templates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Slidesand Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working with corporate branding and style guides.
Ability to simplify complex concepts through visuals and infographics.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
