Description
A mid-size insurance company is seeking to add a project manager to their Project Management Office aligning to their Financial groups. They currently have 7 very experienced Project managers and are seeking to add more to help drive some of their projects so that the other project managers can focus on the larger objectives and projects driven such as digital transformation and policy administration platform modernization as well as data projects. This individual will be leading some of the projects such as Windows 11 upgrade and Microsoft 365 upgrade as well as the new product initiatives. The new product initiative while not taking a ton of effort, requires a lot of coordination and exposure to insurance and the core system teams. They are currently using MS Project for scheduling tools and Workfront (Adobe product, embracing ADO) but it is not a requirement to have experience with this tool. They are planning to spend a lot of invested time to help this person grow with the team and the organization - Project Planning: develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Risk Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project. - Budget Management: create and manage project budgets. - Strong communication skills - Critical Thinking - coordinates the elements of a project, aiming for timely completing within budget and with high standards

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
