Job Title : Program Manager

Work Location: 100% onsite at Santa Clara office

Work Schedule/ Duration : Monday-Friday, 6 months+

Job Description:

Pure is seeking a program manager to drive internal processes in support of our Enterprise Line of Business. The ideal candidate will develop and implement standardized project management methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. They will facilitate collaboration between internal teams by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks. This includes regularly following up with key stakeholders to ensure continuous forward momentum. Additionally, the candidate will analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. These insights will be used to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the line of business. Their expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of project management and ensuring the successful execution of complex integration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement standardized project management methodologies tailored for the line of business to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks, following up with key stakeholders to ensure forward momentum.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing standardized methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between internal teams.
  • Experience in establishing and managing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up and ensure project momentum.
  • Proficiency in analyzing project performance metrics and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms like Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in driving change and implementing best practices across diverse project environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
