Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle and development initiatives for our telecommunications services and applications. This role requires strong expertise in the cable/telecommunications industry, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies that drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate is experienced in product development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering impactful product launches and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for telecommunications services and applications.

Apply industry best practices in product development processes and adapt them to align with organizational strategy and market positioning.

Translate high-level process goals into actionable sub-processes with clear documentation and communication plans.

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Drive the development and execution of product strategies, including new services and feature enhancements, to achieve financial and operational goals.

Lead product launches, ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder readiness across multiple business lines.

Support continuous improvement in product management processes, frameworks, and communication strategies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).

3-5 years of product development/management experience in cable/telecommunications.

Overall 5-10 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of telecom/cable industry practices, services, and applications.

Excellent project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with product strategy, market analysis, and financial impact assessment.
