Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Developer AI & ML with deep expertise in building and deploying Generative AI solutions on AWS. This is a hands-on development role that requires end-to-end experience in the AI/ML lifecycle, from model design and training to deployment and monitoring in production environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, experience with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, and CDK (Cloud Development Kit), and a passion for delivering scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI models on AWS

• Work with LLMs (Large Language Models) and develop LLM-powered solutions using AWS Bedrock

• Build scalable AI solutions and integrate them with enterprise systems

• Use AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and automated deployments

• Optimize models for performance and production-readiness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps

• Ensure AI pipelines are secure, reliable, and maintainable

• Evaluate new GenAI frameworks and tools to improve solution performance

Required Skills:

• Strong background in AI/ML, including Generative AI and LLMs

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven experience deploying AI solutions on AWS

• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, etc.

• Proficient in using AWS CDK for infrastructure as code (IaC)

• Experience building AI ecosystems end-to-end, not just proof of concepts

• Deep understanding of modern AI techniques and tools

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing models in production

• Familiarity with MLOps best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into web or enterprise applications

• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
