Job Description
Participates in the design, deployment and support of databases. Administers database requests and reports. Implements database and delivers training. Provides support in various operational areas and troubleshoots issues with users. Participates in activities to achieve business objectives and implement key operational activities.
Job Responsibility
1.Develops and analyzes implementation plans for System development and implementation of operations which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle.2.Participates in the design, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.3.Delivers training programs for current and prospective users; educates practice, corporate, and site management.4.Assists implementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on System policies and legal requirements.5.Ensures processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws and contractual bargaining agreements.6.Collaborates with departments and clients to resolve user issues.7.Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes.8.Employees use knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.9.Regularly exercises independent judgement on matters of significance within defined procedures to detemine appropriate actions/approaches.10.May serve as project/technical lead for ongoing processes or short-term projects within function or family.11.Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification
1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required.2.1-3 years of technical experience, preferred.
