Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large and complex IT systems. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and collaborating with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business/technical requirements.
Create user stories, design documents, and acceptance criteria.
Manage stakeholder expectations and project priorities.
Support SDLC processes and Agile delivery.
Conduct data analysis and support process improvements.
Required Skills:
8+ years with large, complex IT systems.
Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
8+ years in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, SQL Server, and ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, RTC).
Excellent task and project management skills.
Bachelor s degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
