NetSuite Administrator

Our client in the distribution and manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join their team. This role is a key systems resource, responsible for the administration, enhancement, and support of NetSuite ERP-particularly across Warehouse Management (WMS), Financials, customizations, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches
• Enhance and support WMS functionality to streamline warehouse and inventory operations
• Collaborate with finance teams to optimize Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Revenue Recognition
• Manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations (e.g., EDI, e-commerce, CRM, shipping) using Boomi or custom APIs
• Perform data management tasks including imports, exports, mass updates, and audits
• Deliver user support, training, and system documentation to internal stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally with WMS or Financials
• Strong experience with NetSuite integrations (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Background in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with NetSuite ARM
• Exposure to SuiteScript and system customizations
• Experience with system upgrades and data migrations

Compensation: $120,000 - 140,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
