Contract to hire and 3 days onsite in Irving, TX


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Own and manage procurement technology platforms.

  • Lead Procurement systems implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Define, configure, and manage conditions and logic within procurement systems approval workflows to ensure accurate routing and compliance with business rules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Manage master data (suppliers, user groups, permissions, commodity mappings accounting segments, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data load issues, and interface problems.

  • Oversee batch jobs, scripts, and data imports/exports for system operations.

  • Partner with technical teams and resources for system integrations, API configurations, etc.

  • Monitor system compliance and support internal audits with documentation.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for procurement technology across the organization.

  • Manage schedules of batch jobs, web services tasks, VB Scripts and MS script/BAT files for both CSV Master Data Imports and Exports.

  • Maintain (Create, Load, Modify) master data such as suppliers, user groups & permissions, commodity mappings and accounting combinations.

  • Manage program-level risks, issues, and interdependencies with cross-functional teams.

  • Support catalog management and supplier onboarding in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain SOPs, admin guides and documentation.

  • Provide exceptional support to business users and coordinate with vendor support teams.

  • Prepare for and lead system release reviews and updates.

  • Serve as a technology subject-matter-expert for program/project management resources that participate from outside the technology organization, sharing and translating technology concepts and processes.

  • Create and manage all Procurement systems spend data extracts or integrations.

  • Perform all System and Customer Administration Activities required in Procurement systems.


Required Qualifications



  • Experience and knowledge of Procure-to-Pay system administration, technical support, upgrades, and releases.

  • Strong people skills and outstanding customer service skills to support remote users effectively; strong understanding of procurement processes operationalized through Procurement systems.

  • Solid analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting, with the ability to solve complex problems using simple solutions.

  • 8+ years of experience in application design, and in development and configuration of technology solutions to support Procurement business processes.

  • Advanced skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Procurement systems with focus on Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Intake processes.

  • Technical knowledge and experience on Procurement systems infrastructure and integration layers.

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Oracle ERP/Cloud (OCI).

  • SAP/Ariba administration (Integration Manager, Master Data Manager).

  • Ariba Network integration (cXML/EDI, PunchOut catalogs).

  • Ariba Modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Custom Forms.

  • SAP Fieldglass administration.

  • Ironclad Contract Management.

  • ZIP HQ

  • CIG V7 (Cloud Integration Gateway) experience.
