Job title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Grafton, WI - Onsite
Key Requirements - Must have completed two full life cycle implementations of core financial modules (GL/AP/AR/CM/Purchasing) in a multi-org, multi-currency manufacturing environment. - Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing accounts payable processes within Oracle EBS to enhance operational efficiency - Ability to automate payment processing workflows, including generating XML files for various payment methods (ACH, Checks, and Wire Transfers). - Prior integration experience working with prominent banks to generate standardized XML file formats for payment processing is highly desirable. - Must have experience setting up new legal entities and operating units, including sub-ledger core configurations. - Strong documentation skills, including process narratives (As-Is and To-Be), business requirement categorization (Map vs. Gap), and preparation of MD50 and solution design documents. - Experience in technical requirements documents, solution design documentation, and other forms of technical writing to support system enhancements and process improvements. - Experience leading Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and UAT sessions independently. - Must possess skills in Oracle Database 19C, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports 6i, Workflow, XML Publisher, and Unix Scripting. - Hands-on experience with end-to-end flows, including accounting transactions in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Manufacturing, including reporting and reconciliation. - Ability to drive technical and functional designs toward simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions.
Mandatory skills (must be showcased on resume): - Procure to Pay (P2P) including bank integrations for multiple payment methods such as ACH, wire transfers, and checks. - Knowledge of configuring and extending Oracle Payables and banking configurations, leading scoping sessions, - Analyzing business challenges, and translating complex P2P requirements into effective technical designs
Additional Qualifications: They must have strong documentation skills, drive functional and technical designs toward sustainable solutions, and play a key role in financial reconciliation, risk identification, and business process improvements. Years of experience required: 10+
