Your Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, identity graphs, XDM schemas, and segmentation logic within AEP.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, platform configuration, and integration with external systems and APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of personalization frameworks, audience activation, and real-time decisioning.
  • Experience optimizing platform performance and scalability in high-volume environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.
  • Serve as the technical expert on Adobe Experience Platform, supporting the development and configuration of data pipelines, schemas, and identity resolution strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support and architectural guidance for data ingestion, transformation, and activation across AEP components (RTCDP, CJA, AJO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalization strategies using real-time customer profiles and segments.
  • Ensure platform scalability and performance, optimizing data flows and system configurations to support enterprise-level use cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, acting as a key point of contact for platform support and maintenance.
  • Stay current with Adobe product updates and industry best practices to continuously improve platform usage and efficiency.
