Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of a cutting-edge platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the platform meets operational, compliance, and client needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional performance and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the operational needs of stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand user pain points, compliance requirements, and areas for improvement.
Oversee the creation of scalable APIs and platform capabilities to enable seamless integration with third-party systems and emerging technologies.
Ensure the platform adheres to best practices for security, scalability, performance, and availability.
Partner with engineering teams to discuss architecture, scalability, and security considerations in detail.
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and customers through clear and compelling presentations.
Lead product development using agile methodologies and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track platform adoption, user satisfaction, and system reliability.
Collaborate with compliance experts to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical data practices.
Manage video data pipelines, addressing challenges such as redaction, metadata tagging, and chain-of-custody for multimedia content.
Requirements
At least 6 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven expertise in designing APIs, developer tools, or integration frameworks for enterprise clients.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss architecture, scalability, and security with engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to executive-level audiences.
Experience working in agile environments and managing full product development lifecycles.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their integration into enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
