Requirements:
>> 8+ years of overall SAP experience
>> 5+ years hands-on in SuccessFactors LMS, PMGM, EC, and Onboarding
>> Experience with RBP (Role-Based Permissions), MDF objects, Data Models, Business Rules, Compensation templates (optional)
>> Strong knowledge of HR business processes
>> Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
>> SAP SuccessFactors Certification in at least one module preferred
