Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BI/Analytics Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making in the healthcare domain. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of BI projects, from data integration and modeling to dashboard development and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Manage and optimize Snowflake-based data architecture to support scalable and performant analytics.

  • Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data products and dashboards.

  • Mentor a team of BI developers and analysts to ensure best practices and high-quality output.

  • Define and implement data governance, quality, and documentation standards.

  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of queries, reports, and dashboards.

  • Deliver insights that improve healthcare outcomes, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Support data strategy initiatives, including cloud data migration and integration projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles.

  • Proven experience managing analytics teams or BI projects.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Hands-on experience in healthcare data systems (EHR/EMR, claims data, HL7/FHIR is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
