Job Details
Join our team as a Communications Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in aligning our internal communications with strategic initiatives. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work within the standard workday hours.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute internal communication strategies to engage employees with company initiatives.
- Create and publish multimedia content, including videos and photography, on various platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all organizational communications.
- Collaborate with management and legal teams to address communication needs and resolve issues.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Respond to media inquiries and designate appropriate spokespersons as needed.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing communications.
- Experience in managing M&A integration communication strategies.
- Strong grasp of change management principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
