Job Description: ServiceNow Developer / Architect
Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer/Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and user-centric solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and overall architecture.

Develop intuitive, user-centric workflows and interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and production incidents.

Ensure platform stability and optimal performance.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules, systems, and processes.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of ServiceNow initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
-
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs or other integration methods.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Must provide exceptional customer service, including when working with demanding or challenging stakeholders.
