Job Description: ServiceNow Developer / Architect

Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer/Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and user-centric solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and overall architecture.

  • Develop intuitive, user-centric workflows and interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and production incidents.

  • Ensure platform stability and optimal performance.

  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

  • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules, systems, and processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of ServiceNow initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs or other integration methods.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to meet established timelines and manage multiple internal and external customer demands.

  • Must provide exceptional customer service, including when working with demanding or challenging stakeholders.
