We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager (PM) with hands-on experience in Power BI to oversee and deliver data-driven projects across business units. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management principles and be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering impactful reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for data analytics and reporting initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Use Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

  • Ensure project alignment with business goals and data governance standards.

  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate between data engineers, BI developers, and business users.

  • Communicate project status, KPIs, and metrics to leadership using Power BI reports.

  • Drive adoption and training on Power BI tools within business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, data analytics, or business intelligence projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualizations.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Experience working with SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
