Job Details
Job Title: Technical Agile Coach
Location: NYC, NY (Onsite with hybrid in future)
Job Type:12 Months Contract
7.5 hours a day
Agile Coach Roles
- All three Agile Coach roles are technical in nature.
- Agile certifications are mandatory for all positions.
- The roles are onsite initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in the future.
- Ideal candidates would have a background as a developer who transitioned into an Agile Coach role.
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product development practices.
- Solid understanding of both the theoretical framework and hands-on application of Agile principles.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines and their integration within Agile environments.
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA, particularly in building and customizing complex workflows.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and coach Agile teams toward optimal performance.
- Experience in training teams on Agile tools and methodologies.
- Champion of Agile best practices with a product-oriented mindset.
