Job Details

Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and
Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE).
Proficiency in UCS server setup, VMware/ESXI, Voice Gateways, SIP Trunk, and
Cisco UCS servers.
Expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing Unified Communications Clusters,
Cloud, and Data Networks.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Major Incident Management,
Change Management, and Problem Management.
