* NVH Build of Design Tasks: Collaborated with the NVH team to prepare NVH Build of Design tasks for     the simulation process, aligning with DFMEA for IDMs.
* Acoustics Simulation Process Flow: Developed a process flow for acoustics simulation with gear excitation and EM excitation using Actran for IDMs, benchmarked against ANSYS Acoustics, and compared acoustic response sound pressure levels with test results.
Rear Drive Unit for NA OEM: Improved mount static and dynamic stiffness by enhancing design through simulations using Optistruct.
* IDM FEA Models: Developed a process for building IDM FEA models with appropriate bearing and gear mesh stiffness based on different torque levels from MASTA, improving model fidelity.
* Global Standardization: Collaborated with the Global Center of Excellence for EMNVH to standardize simulation processes across global technical centers.
* Power Inverter Modules: Enhanced NVH performance of 800V/400V power inverter modules by increasing cover stiffness and adding NVH damping patches in simulations with frequency-dependent damping properties before
prototype construction.
Technical Guidance for NVH Performance: Provided technical guidance to project teams, design teams, and customers to imorove the NVH performance of PIM..
