IT Specialist

The IT Specialist will help keep our tech running smoothly and support teammates with any IT issues they face. They'll be working on integrating our US systems with the German parent company, making sure everything's secure and up-to-date, and helping out with troubleshooting and network issues. We're looking for someone with solid IT support experience who works well with others and is ready to jump into a fun project!

- Help employees with tech issues and keep computer systems running smoothly.

- Work with IT teams to merge US and German systems and move data.

- Monitor network security, manage software and hardware, and keep track of IT records.

- Preferably have a bachelor's degree in IT or computer science.

- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.

- Good understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting, plus strong problem-solving skills and great communication.

- Strong knowledge of IT systems and network concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer support.
