Role: Product Owner
Location: Bentonville, AR Hybrid
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Job Description:
Looking for: can do attitude, it feels start up-y, theyre going to have to work with all the different teams, they need to have more of an assertive personality with the product mindset

Data background: eco system is very complex, theyre setting up a ton of things and dynamics with the markets

Technology isnt most important looking for a strong product manager who has strong product mindset
Gaps: wants them to own a particular area or data product. Theyre going to have the ownership of that, intake, managing intake, and creating quarterly plan. A lot of different people leverage the tool
Its mostly supply chain data
Creating customized supply chain data layer
What goes into the data layer, what needs to be available
The data asset feeds other layers of the org
Its more of a data market, niche to international and their customers
Putting data together that make sense together
Working with the in-market teams: analysts, bus9iness, change management, then work with people in the markets (like Canada, Mexico, India): not working with all the markets at once
They will have autonomy to make their own decisions on the strategy
Technology: Jira, can teach someone governance if needed,
