iiTS is a fast-growing and dynamic IT staffing company based in Pennsylvania, USA. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the US IT staffing industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing space.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and implementation partners.

Drive the full business development cycle: lead generation, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and account management.

Understand client needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates promptly.

Strategically grow client accounts by consistently delivering value and building trust.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in US IT Staffing.

In-depth understanding of the US staffing market, including recruitment processes, vendor models (MSP/VMS), and contract staffing.

Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing direct client accounts.

Strong existing relationships with IT clients, with a history of bringing in new business.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
