Administer, customize, and configure Jira workflows, fields, schemes, permissions, and notifications.
Manage Jira Service Management (JSM) projects, queues, SLAs, and automation rules.
Support and maintain Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and macros.
Integrate Jira with other tools such as Slack, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and third-party apps.
Develop and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports for various stakeholders.
Provide user support and training to teams on Jira best practices and usage.
Implement and enforce governance and standards for Jira project setup and usage.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient Jira solutions.
Perform regular audits, backups, and upgrades of Jira and Confluence systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
Manage user access, groups, and security roles across Atlassian tools.
Stay updated on Atlassian product updates and recommend improvements.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Proficient in Jira administration, workflows, permission schemes, and custom configurations.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation, Tempo, BigPicture).
Familiarity with REST APIs and scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, or Bash).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
