Summary
Seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Specialist to configure, optimize, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits). The role covers configuration, integrations, reporting, security setup, quarterly updates, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and workflows.
- Develop Fast Formulas; manage enhancements and production support.
- Handle quarterly updates, testing, patches.
- Configure security (RBAC) and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Build dashboards and reports using OTBI/BI Publisher.
- Document configurations, integrations, training guides, and SOPs.
- Support compliance, audits, and organizational sustainability initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s in CS/IT + 2+ years Oracle HCM (Fusion preferred).
- Experience with SaaS configuration, workflows, RBAC, approvals.
- Strong in OTBI, BI Publisher, reporting, and PL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits processes.
- Experience with documentation, training materials, and integration mapping.
- 10+ years Oracle HCM (EBS & Cloud).
- 6+ years Oracle Cloud HCM configuration.
- Deep experience in Payroll/HR/Benefits modules.
- 5+ years OTBI & analytics, 3+ years BI Publisher.
- 10+ years PL/SQL with strong integration experience.
