You will be a key member of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team working to build new solutions and business models powered by data.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, prioritize projects and deliver solutions throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is driven, passionate for solving complex problems facing the healthcare organizations, and comfortable with the "build quick, fail quick" mentality of agile development.

LOCATION: Waltham, MA or Chicago, IL or Philadelphia, PA or Remote

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a Product Roadmap to align with growth plans for analytics product in our patient education suite
  • Prioritize existing and new requirements from a variety of key stakeholders (product, research & analytics, executives, and marketing)
  • Drive transparency to roadmap detail, progress, roadblocks, etc. (across partners, Agile teams, senior leadership, etc.)
  • Sequence the Product Roadmap to ensure features are developed and released aligned to agile principles
  • Document and communicate customer, user, and business requirements, aligned with agile principles
  • Identifies enhancements based on historical business needs through product utilization and market research
  • Advocate for the customer and user internally driving customer-centric design, development, and service
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years product management experience
  • 3-5 years experience in the healthcare industry; focus in patient education is ideal
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills to be able to manage projects independently while meeting critical milestones
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Detail-oriented but balanced with the ability to see the larger picture


Ideal Qualifications:
  • Decisive; willing to form an opinion and defend it
  • Prior experience working with data platform capabilities: such as the product experience working through full data cycle (ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization/reporting, and stewardship (retention/destruction))
  • Prior experience working within agile software development environment
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross functional teams spanning Development, Marketing, and Sales
  • Certification in an Agile, Scrum or Product Management Framework (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
