Job Details

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Recruiting Cloud Experience)

Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and related Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations within Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Recruiting Cloud and HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Onboarding).

  • Conduct user training and develop documentation for Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality.

  • Stay up to date on Oracle product updates and recommend improvements and best practices.

  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline and optimize talent acquisition workflows.

  • Support data migration, integrations (e.g., with Taleo, external job boards, LinkedIn), and reporting initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 years with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

  • Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation.

  • Strong understanding of HCM data structures, recruitment lifecycle, and HR business processes.

  • Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification, especially in Recruiting Cloud.

  • Experience with integrations (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Prior experience in large enterprise or global HR environments.

  • Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules like Benefits, Payroll, or Compensation is a plus
