Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and supporting Atlassian Jira.
8 years of proven ability to administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
8 years of experience analyzing and resolving complex technical issues.
8 years of experience supporting and training end users at all levels.
8 years of hands-on experience with Hyper-V server administration, including hardware, backup, and disaster recovery.
8 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) models.
8 years of experience with:
Automation/Build tools: Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, OpenShift
Application & Web Servers: WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat
Scripting: Maven, Shell, Ruby, Perl, Python
Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
8 years of experience integrating webhooks into GitHub projects for compliance automation.
5 years (preferred) of experience with large development projects using Agile methodology.
Preferred experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

Summary:
We are seeking a strong background in software engineering, DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and tool administration (GitHub, Jira).
The candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle development including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define system specifications and standards.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and DevOps practices.
Administer and configure GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Atlassian Jira.
Automate workflows using GitHub Actions and CI/CD tools.
Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPCs, IAM, and S3.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Provide technical support during testing and implementation phases.
Manage virtual machines and service accounts.
Utilize BMC Helix for ticketing and issue tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned.
