Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (targeting $120K - $130K)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and manage them through Jira and Confluence
- Partner with IT, product, and business teams to support the development and enhancement of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eCommerce
- 3+ years of hands-on experience withSalesforce Commerce Cloud
- Strong experience withJira,Confluence, and story building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-disciplined, and accountable
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
