RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Odessa, FL that is seeking a Remote Senior AI Technical Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Engage deeply with customers across segments to uncover needs and pain points
* Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into scalable product solutions and anticipating future opportunities
* Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction
* Collaborate with Data, Design, and Engineering to define key metrics and evaluate product performance
* Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities and differentiation
* Use market intelligence to refine product positioning and long-term vision
* Shape product strategy with input from stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Translate strategy into actionable plans, including sprint goals and release milestones
* Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Own the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development
* Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering
* Ensure development teams have clear priorities and unblock issues to maintain delivery momentum
* Align with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support
* Communicate product vision and roadmap to inspire and motivate internal teams
* Frame complex problems clearly and guide the team through structured solution exploration
* Encourage innovation while ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives
* Partner with GTM teams early in the development cycle to shape launch strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-12+ years of experience in product management within software development environments
* 2-4+ years of technical Product Management experience with AI products (prefer AI workflow orchestration, Agentic AI, LLMs)
* Experience driving AI product roadmaps/strategy, working closely with software development, sprint planning, managing backlog
* Strong understanding of API integrations and SAAS/Platform product management
* Proven experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
* Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with developers and technical stakeholders
* Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving real-world problems
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Demonstrated success in delivering impactful products in fast-paced environments
* Experience mentoring team members and fostering a high-performance culture
* Bonus: Experience building scalable applications or AI-powered products
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
