Overview

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Application Support & Software Developer to join our team. This role combines hands-on production support with ongoing software development for a complex web application stack. If you're comfortable working without a CI/CD pipeline, enjoy solving real-time issues, and thrive in a hybrid Angular/TypeScript environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for a mission-critical web application, ensuring stability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features using TypeScript and Angular (versions 13 & 15).
• Troubleshoot and optimize database queries using T-SQL across SQL Server environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
• Manage deployments and updates without a formal pipeline, using manual or scripted processes.
• Document technical solutions, support procedures, and enhancement plans.

Required Skills

• TypeScript: Strong proficiency in building scalable, maintainable code.
• Angular (13 & 15): Experience developing and debugging Angular applications across multiple versions.
• T-SQL / SQL Server: Solid understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Website Deployment: Ability to manage and troubleshoot web applications without automated deployment tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for resolving production issues.

Nice-to-Have

• C++: Familiarity with C++ is a plus, especially for legacy system integration or performance-critical modules.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline manual deployment processes.
