Job Details

Title: Marketing Campaign coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) / Phoenix AZ or Chandler AZ Minneapolis, Irving Dallas, Iselin NJ, Atlanta GA Position: Contract

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Strategy, Data, Compliance, and Technology to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
• Manage campaign components such as offers, list generation, disclosures, and personalization.
• Support the development and deployment of decisioning strategies to enhance customer targeting and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for all marketing communications.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for campaign performance and delivery metrics.
• Assist in optimizing marketing workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Should have strong experience in validating and testing Marketing Campaigns
• Should have experience with User Acceptance Testing (Manual)
• Should have experience in documenting test cases and reports
• Strong understanding of marketing domain and functions, including:
• Campaign management
• Offer management
• List generation
• Disclosures and compliance
• Decisioning and personalization
• Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferably financial services or banking).
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing workflow tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with following platforms is a plus:
• Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing automation tools
