Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Integration Lead to design, develop, and deliver complex integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll, Workforce Software, and other benefits systems. This role requires deep expertise in integration architecture, middleware solutions (SAP Cloud Platform Integration - CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar), and API-based connectivity to ensure seamless data exchange between HR, payroll, time management, and benefits platforms.

The Sr. Integration Lead will be responsible for defining integration strategies, developing scalable interfaces, and troubleshooting integration challenges while collaborating with HR, IT, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration tools (OData, SOAP, API Management, BIB, Integration Center) and a proven track record of leading end-to-end HRIS and payroll system integrations in a multi-system environment.

This is a key technical leadership role where the individual will drive best practices, ensure compliance with data security standards and enhance system interoperability for a seamless employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce Software, and other HR/benefits systems.

Own and deliver integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and other modules, including both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces.

Lead and manage End to End integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing, deployment

Define integration patterns using HR ABAP, APIs, SFTP, IDocs, BAPIs, BADI s, Web Services, OData, SOAP services and real-time data exchange frameworks.

Build and configure integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.

Create and manage interface mappings, value transformations, and error-handling logic.

Experience in custom adapters and connectors as needed for legacy or vendor-specific systems.

Ensure real-time and batch processing integrations with third-party benefits providers, time tracking, and payroll systems.

Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality.

Work with HR and business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Facilitate, organize and lead various workshops between different vendors and implementation partner, to solution for integrations.

Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Ensure accuracy of data flows between SAP and systems like Benefits, Workforce Software, etc.

Maintain technical documentation including design specs, interface catalogs, and data flow diagrams. Adhere to internal security, compliance, and audit standards.

Develop and manage project plans for your area.

Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.

Mentor, coach, and develop employees at various levels of the company.

Job Requirements:

Must have at least 8-15 years of hands-on Integration experience with Integrations

Must have extensive experience in designing, building, testing and deploying, various types of integrations with Payroll system and other 3rd party systems including benefits

Must have Integration experience for HCM modules of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.

Experience in SAP SF ECP and WFS will be an added value.

Experience with HR * FI GL Posting interfacing will be an added value.

Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions.

Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.

Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives

Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills

Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
