SAP Solution Architect / Advisor

Job Description:

• Needs to act as an SAP Account Partner and will be responsible for managing key client accounts.
• This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions, strong business acumen, and excellent relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients using a consultative approach.
• Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to identify opportunities for SAP solutions and services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on SAP-related initiatives.
• Leverage industry knowledge and SAP expertise to position the company as a preferred partner for SAP solutions and services.

1. Solutioning:

• Understand the full range of SAP solutions and services offered by the company and effectively articulate their value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate with solution architects to develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific business needs.
• Leverage industry knowledge and SAP expertise to position the company as a preferred partner for SAP solutions and services.
• Collaborate with Practice and other project teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Present proposals and recommendations to clients, highlighting the benefits of implementing SAP solutions.

1. SAP Partner Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with SAP representatives and ecosystem partners to leverage resources and expertise in support of client engagements.
• Stay informed about SAP product roadmaps, industry trends, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

1. Project Management (Desired/Secondary):

• Oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects within client accounts, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal project teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Monitor project performance and customer satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous process optimization.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP products and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Suite, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, SCM, etc., and their integration points.
• Proficiency in SAP architecture principles, best practices, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration), SAP Data Services, SAP Cloud Integration, etc.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Hybris).
• Familiarity with non-SAP technologies and platforms commonly integrated with SAP systems (e.g., databases, middleware, web services).
• Understanding of industry-specific business processes and requirements, particularly in sectors where SAP solutions are commonly deployed (e.g., manufacturing, retail, utilities, healthcare).
• Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance standards relevant to SAP implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solution designs, considering functional, technical, and operational aspects.
• Experience in designing scalable, robust, and high-performance SAP architectures that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Proficiency in creating architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation to guide project implementation and development activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
