Description Of Services:
We are seeking an experienced Network Specialist with a strong background in analyzing and optimizing network architecture, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and extensive expertise in routers, firewalls, incident management, cloud networking, data center networking, and network observability. Preferred candidates will also have experience in payment network design and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience. Key Responsibilities Network Architecture & Analysis: ? Design, analyze, and optimize network infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability. ? Conduct capacity planning and network modeling for LANs, WANs, intranets, extranets, and cloud environments. Network Security: ? Implement and manage advanced security measures using tools like Palo Alto Networks firewalls. ? Monitor and enhance network security protocols to prevent cyber threats and breaches. ? Perform penetration testing and simulate cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities. Incident Management: ? Lead resolution of critical incidents affecting network performance or security. ? Develop and implement incident response protocols aligned with SRE principles. Cloud & Data Center Networking: ? Design and manage hybrid cloud networking solutions for seamless connectivity between on-premises data centers and public clouds. ? Automate provisioning of network services to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Observability & Monitoring: ? Implement observability tools to monitor telemetry data across endpoints, applications, and infrastructure. ? Analyze correlated data to detect anomalies and proactively address potential issues. Payment Network Design (Preferred): ? Architect secure payment networks ensuring compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS. ? Optimize transaction routing for efficiency and reliability.
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills Experience designing payment networks or working in the financial services sector. Expertise in multicloud networking strategies (hybrid cloud environments). Knowledge of advanced observability platforms for real-time threat detection.
