The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Provide remote support for a wide range of printers (thermal, laser, inkjet, etc.) used across multiple sites nationwide.
- Troubleshoot printer issues including connectivity, driver installations, firmware updates, and network configurations.
- Configure and program printers to meet operational needs, including IP setup and DHCP reservations.
- Maintain detailed tracking of printer inventory, configurations, and maintenance schedules using Excel.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of printers into the network.
- Deliver basic IT support for hardware and software issues related to printers and peripheral devices.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
What You Bring:
- At least 6 months of technical support experience, ideally with a focus on printers or peripheral devices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve printer issues remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for simple reporting and data tracking.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Windows OS and printer driver installation.
