We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler Application Specialist for one of our clients.
The main goal of the role is to validate and test job schedules as they are moved from one system, Tidal, to a new one, Control-M.
The key responsibilities include testing the new schedules, working with other teams to fix any issues, and documenting all the results.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Control-M and/or Tidal and a strong background in testing and troubleshooting these systems.

responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of this role involve testing and validating job schedules that are being moved from the Tidal system to Control-M.
This includes:
- Creating and running test plans and scripts.
- Working with other teams to fix problems.
- Monitoring job executions and analyzing logs.
- Documenting all test results and issues.
- Helping with troubleshooting during the migration.
- Recommending ways to improve the new system's performance.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with job scheduling systems, specifically Control-M & Tidal, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record of testing & validating these systems
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ITIL & Change Management
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS & Azure
