What will you be doing?
The Senior Program Manager-BI & Analytics-is responsible for developing and executing the BI initiatives for the Global Program Management Organization to enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive innovation within the team. Thoroughly understands the programmatic approach (including global) and possesses the ability to build program structure. They will prepare and maintain technical documentation, provide training along with deploying reports, conduct data analysis, and provide guidance for deployment into production.

- Strong presentation skills, ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business, executive presence, professional confidence and maturity, management and team leadership experience required.
- Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and guide multiple teams, make decisions, and provide technical direction. Ability to inspire and motivate teams fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about technology and its alignment with business goals, driving long-term technical vision and planning.
- Adaptable, with the ability to perform concurrent tasks in complex environments and conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and work with business stakeholders to identify, create, and refine features that improve model performance.
- Strong teamwork qualities: able to gain the trust of internal WWT stakeholders and collaborate effectively within the WWT team.
- Experience successfully using data-driven analytics to measure and manage program performance, risks, and opportunities proactively.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:
- Transforms business processes and analytics into highly automated and interactive applications, workflows, and dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Develops a comprehensive project charter, plan, and status methodology/cadence while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Identifies, evaluates, and manages project team leads.
- Develop solutions and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Designs, creates, and implements complex Power BI data models.
- Manages and report on risks, issues, and changes that are impeding program progress
- Develops and maintains Power BI reports and paginated reports to support business requirements and decisions.
- Architects an end-to-end solution from table structures to end-user reporting.
- Creates and validates complex SQL queries to meet end users' reporting needs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyzes and interprets complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Communicates complex analytical and technical solutions to internal stakeholders
- Drives all projects to on-scope, on-time, on-budget delivery within established variances.
- Champions a data-driven culture, within the Global Program Management Organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive decision-making.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Global Program Management Organization executive leadership to ensure BI strategies and data management are aligned with team goals.
- Partners with stakeholders to effectively manage project change requests.
- Develops and leads the execution of BI initiatives and analytics for the Global Program Management Organization to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
- Translates overarching strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with the Global Program Management.
- Organization executive leadership team.
- Identifies opportunities for better process and operational performance using industry best practices to drive customer delight.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Programming, or Electrical Engineering, or have 10+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Experience in SQL and BI tools.
- Experience managing projects and leading BI initiatives.
- Experience in Power BI's DAX and Power Query.
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable items
- Experience in data modeling principles and techniques including relational modeling and structuring data effectively.
- Experience in supply chain processes including inventory management and logistics.
- Experience in advanced analytics solutions and how to apply them to business problems.
- Experience identifying and mitigating problems proactively (versus reactively).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and applying leadership principles to daily responsibilities.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: power BI Data Analyst Associate, preferred and/or
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, preferred and/or
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, preferred
