Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY. The candidate must have proven expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies to be considered for this role.

Full Stack Tech Lead job responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Oversee front-end and back-end development efforts, guiding the team in using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers to maintain coding standards and improve team performance.
- Manage project timelines and technical deliverables, ensuring successful execution from concept to deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools or approaches to enhance system architecture and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Must have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.
